We handle the majority of components and raw materials used in our processes. This includes meticulous planning, purchasing, and thorough testing of materials before they are used in production, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Advanced Thermoforming Technology
Thermoforming is a precise process used to shape plastic sheets, such as ABS, PST, PETG, PMMA, PC, ASA, and other technical materials. The process involves heating the plastic sheet to a specific temperature, then placing it over a mold using a vacuum system. The molded part is then cooled and prepared for the next stage of 5-axis CAD/CAM cutting.

With an impressive portfolio of over 5,000 different references, we cater to a broad spectrum of applications.
State-of-the-Art Facilities
Our facilities, spanning 22,000 square meters, house a comprehensive array of 14 advanced thermoforming machines. These machines are capable of handling components up to the industry’s largest dimensions of 4500mm x 2500mm x 1200mm, ensuring we meet the most demanding specifications.
Coggiola collaborates closely with leading mold construction companies, managing the entire product lifecycle from design and production to packaging and shipping.
CNC Processing
Precision is key in our CNC processing operations. We utilize automated numerical control systems across 10 work centers, capable of processing parts up to 5500mm x 3200mm. This technology ensures precise trimming and finishing of components, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Technical assistance
During the early design step, our technical department works closely with the final customer, to create a design which takes in consideration the key features of the finished product.
A careful engeneering in cooperation with the custumer grants a successful product.
A research of suitable materials for the manufacture of the product is necessary, taking into consideration their position, possible stresses, possible exposure to UV rays, texture and thickness.
Our technicians are skilled to offer alternative materials compliant to each sector’s standard, those relating to public transport is an example.
The product design will be revised as necessary until the final product is ready to be prototyped and go through the final validation phase before being launched on the market.
Comprehensive Assembly Services
Our in-house assembly services include post-gluing finishes, installation of components, and the integration of small parts, threaded slots, handles, and locks. We employ advanced automation to ensure high-quality finishes, such as in the assembly of panels using specialized technical glues.
